PRIVACY NOTICE

How we handle your data.

LAST UPDATED 22 AUGUST 2026

Who we are

Carminium operates carminium.io. Carminium is a company in formation; until registration is complete, the founder acts as the data controller for this site. You can reach us through the contact form on the homepage. We will add the registered company name, address and a contact email here as soon as they exist.

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form we receive the name, work email and message you type. We use them for one purpose: to answer your request and, if you wish, to arrange a consultation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running securely. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Who processes the data for us

Form entries are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-handling service, and stored in our email account. The site is hosted by Hostinger in a data center in Germany. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as it takes to handle your request, and no longer than twelve months after our last exchange, unless a consultation or contract follows. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, or object to its use. Send the request through the contact form and we will answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
